Getting to Ho
By Car
Ho is about a 3-4 hour drive from Accra, depending on traffic. You can take the Accra-Ho road via the Adomi Bridge. The drive offers stunning views of the Volta Lake and mountains along the way.
By Bus
Several bus services like STC and GPRTU buses travel between Accra and other Capital Cities to Ho daily. You can catch a bus from the main terminals in Accra or any capital city. From Accra, the journey typically takes about 4-5 hours. Tickets can be purchased at the station or booked online for STC.
By Air
If you’re coming from outside Ghana, you’ll land at Kotoka International Airport (ACC) in Accra. From there, you can either rent a car or take a bus to Ho. Alternatively, there are domestic flights to Ho Airport, which recently resumed operations.
